According to customer's requirements, this machine is specially customized for two different filling methods: measuring cup filling and piston filling, respectively filling granules and liquid,  increasing blowing function, equipped with hoist and sheet conveyor. It is a multi-purpose high-speed automatic filling and sealing machine.

Working process: 
Empty Cup Loading - No Cup Detection - UV Sterilization - Blowing - Filling Granules - Filling Liquid - Film Cutting - Twice Sealing - Sealed Cup Output

The BH series cup filling and sealing machine is a multifunctional high-speed full automatic machine for different sizes of cups according to clients' requirement. The machine is applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components and can be adopted by PLC system according to clients' requirement.The machine can equipped with PLC and touch screen control.
