First, the sealing of the cup packaging machine is not tight, which affects the quality and safety of food. If the cup packaging machine is not tightly sealed, it cannot block oxygen, and is affected by external oxygen, and it is easy to breed bacteria and microorganisms, which affects the quality and safety of products.

In this regard, it is necessary to measure the tightness of cup food packaging, usually by dry air method, tracer gas method, and water immersion method. Among them, the dry air method controls the internal and external pressures of the cups under test to be different by vacuuming or air pressurization. If the seal is not tight, the difference between the internal and external pressure will be reduced. Tightness can be detected by detecting changes in air pressure. Generally speaking, the sealing damage of cup food mostly occurs in the heat sealing parts of the sealing film and the cup body, which can be solved by adjusting the heat sealing parameters (such as temperature, time, pressure, etc.) or changing the material.

The heat sealing temperature should not be too high, which will reduce the thickness and heat sealing strength of the heat sealing part of the cup food. The temperature should not be too low, otherwise the parafilm will not be able to ablate and seal tightly. At the same time, the sealing pressure of the film material and cup food should be moderate, and the sealing pressure can be applied according to the performance, width, thickness and other conditions of the packaging material. For example, the patterned film material is due to its contact area with the cup packaging material. Relatively less, you need to appropriately increase the heat sealing pressure.
