Semi automatic liquid filling machine as the "backbone" of filling equipment
A semi-automatic liquid filling machine is a device specifically designed for filling liquid materials. It mainly relies on manual operations such as container placement, start-up, and removal, while the machine completes the filling action. It usually uses pneumatic or electric control systems, combined with quantitative pumps, flow meters, or time control methods, to achieve precise measurement and filling of liquids. Compared to fully automatic equipment, semi-automatic filling machines have a simpler structure and lower operating thresholds, but still have higher filling efficiency and better filling accuracy, making them particularly suitable for scenarios with medium output, multiple categories, and small batch production.
According to different filling principles and material characteristics, semi-automatic liquid filling machines can be roughly divided into the following categories:
1. Piston filling machine: suitable for high viscosity, granular liquids such as tomato sauce, honey, shampoo, etc. Quantitative suction and compression are achieved through piston movement.
2. Self flowing filling machine: Utilizing the self flowing characteristics of liquids for filling, suitable for low viscosity, bubble free liquids such as alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, and other beverages.
3. Pump type filling machine: equipped with gear pump, peristaltic pump, magnetic pump, etc., selected according to material flow rate and filling accuracy, widely used for precision liquid filling of essential oils, medicines, reagents, etc.
4. Weighing filling machine: The filling volume is controlled by a weighing system, suitable for filling large capacity, high-value materials such as lubricating oil, chemical solutions, etc.
